What better way to escape your day job and relax at a spa day! Life can be a lot, we all deserve a little time out to unwind and what better way to recharge than an amazing spa day? The good news is you don’t need to break the break in indulge in some self-care.

Here’s how to find cheap spa day deals in the UK without sacrificing the luxury. I will give you the best tips on finding a cheap Spa Day. In the UK, there is so many good spas and most of them you can find good deals.

How to Get Cheap Spa Day Deals in the UK

Twilight Spa Days

I am so lucky that I have visited a couple of spas within the UK, it is so nice to stay overnight in a spa hotel, but they do come with a price. Lots of spas offer twilight spa experiences which includes a 3-4 hour spa experience of using all the facilities such the sauna, steam pool, jacuzzi and more. You don’t get a treatment included in this price, but you can still experience the spa. If the spa is far, you can usually find a cheap hotel or Airbnb close by for a fraction of the price.

I have been to many twilight experiences at some amazing spas such as Low Wood Bay in the lakes, the spa in Newby bridge and Shrigley hall in the peak district and the spas have cost from £20-£60 which is a bargain! It just shows you can get a cheap spa day/evening in the UK!

Clubcard Vouchers

If you shop at Tesco within the UK and have a Clubcard. You can spend your Clubcard points which you gain for shopping in Tesco with Spa Seekers as its one of their reward partners. Spa seekers have many different spas on their website, which you can choose from. You can book spa days and overnight spa packages.

For every £1 you have in Clubcard vouchers, with their reward partners it is worth double. Therefore, if you have £1 you can spend £2.

As a couple, we usually save up our points and use it for a weekend away for relaxing. We have used our points at Hoar Cross Hall, where we spent the night for the evening and had an amazing evening meal. The package also had breakfast and lunch included.

We got to use the spa facilities and we only ended up spending an extra £40 each as we had all of our points saved up. We have also the offer at a Spa in Derby called Breedon Priory. Not many people actually know about this feature with Tesco, which I’m always shocked at.

Follow Spa Days on Social Media

Spas often post discounts and last-minute availability on their Instagram, Tik tok or Facebook pages. Following your favourites could land you exclusive access to special rates. Hotels and spas will also do competitions for free treatments and stays. Unfortunately, I have never been lucky enough to win one, but hopefully one day!

Cashback

Before you book, a spa day see if you can book through a site which offers cashback on sites like TopCashback or Quidco for cashback on spa bookings. Also, look for voucher codes that can be applied at checkout for an extra discount.

Spa Seekers offers a 4.8% cashback on Quidco, which is amazing especially if you do use your Clubcard vouchers you are getting double check.

Top cashback also have 2% cashback on Spa Breaks.

I also use cashback for buying items online and then use it for spa days and flights. Its also a good way to save up to spend on a spa day.

Book Spa Days in Off peak

Another option for getting a cheap spa day is by booking spa days at off peak times such as Monday – Friday, when people are working and booking when it is not the school holidays is always cheaper. That saying I would try to avoid school holiday weeks.

Usually as people tend to book at the weekends and hotels will still want the spas to be busy in the week.

Final Thoughts

A spa day doesn’t have to cost a small fortune. With a little research and clever timing. You can treat yourself to a day of pure relaxation for less than the price of a night out. Whether you’re planning a solo treat, a couples day out, or a girls pamper day, you can always find a deal.

Treat yourself as you deserve it!
